SubscribeMobileAppPush

Inserts or updates a user's Push Notification Device ID.

Arguments:
LoginEmail: Login Email for Spread.
Password: Login Password of Spread.
AppName: The name of the app which the push notification is for.
ProviderName: "APNS" for Apple Push Notification Service, "FCM" for Firebase Cloud Messaging.
PlatformName: The name of the platform the device ID originated from, Android: "A", iOS: "I", Windows: "W", Web: "B"
SubscriberEmailOrPhone: The Email or Phone of the subscriber whose push notification information will be inserted or updated.
DeviceID: The push notification device ID.

AreNotificationsEnabled: Indicates if the user has push notifications enabled or not.

Returns 1 if the subscriber was inserted or updated succcessfully, otherwise returns the error message.
